New Dimension Building chooses effective mobility/accessibility products to include in our projects. Specific areas to be accessed may need specific pieces of equipment including but not limited to: elevators, platform lifts, transfer aids, and patient lifts. These pieces of machinery are planned into your project before we start building.
Therapy equipment recommended by a physical therapist or occupational therapist may also be required. Our design team will evaluate the need of your environment and take the time to design a space that is safe and can fully utilize the services of your caretakers and equipment.
Bathrooms - We install custom tile, tub surrounds, grab bars, air-spas, jetted tubs, bidets, and custom vanities that make the most difficult room to access in your home truly accessible.
Exterior - Platform Lifts, security systems, superior exterior lighting, handrails, and special door thresholds are just a few pieces of equipment that go into an exterior of one of our projects.
Kitchen - Traditional kitchen design does not take into account differences in size and abilities among people. To correct this we install pullout shelving, set down countertop spaces, work centers, specialty cook tops, specialty lighting and more.
